Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order with full amount refund will be processed upon written request mailed by the customer via same mail id used in the consultation form within 2 hours of payment will be entertained.

After that no refund shall be granted in any case.

No refund shall be processed on the order of any reports/consultation under any circumstances if the order has reached the “processing” (Assigned to an Astrologer) stage.
